There is no way Versteeg is a better fit at 2C than Pirri. The whole lineup looks way better with Pirri in it and Steeg on a wing somewhere, and this coming from one of Q's biggest defenders of his treatment of Pirri.

I don't disagree that it looks better with Pirri at center and Versteeg on the wing, but I can live with him playing center for a game or two. He isn't Bollig.

I don't see this as a brutal lineup. The first line needs no explanation, the fourth line has been good, and Kane and Saad will be fine. The third line isn't ideal, but it isn't permanent. Brookbank won't be playing that much anyway.

But at least Versteeg was 83% in the dot last game to Pirri at 21%..even if Versteeg also fails to get points,as long as he is even in plus minus AND is postive in the dot,Q will call this move a success.
