Game storylines:
- Matthews has opened the season with Hattricks in each of his first 2 games. Can he make it a hat trick hat trick?
- Bedard has come into the league and has gotten quite a bit of media attention. We get to see him in the center of hockey for the first time. Expecting to hear his name quite often tonight whether he plays well or not.
- Woll gets his first start of the season after an impressive season last year. He had 6 wins, 1 loss with a .932 sv% and 2.16 GAA
- New look to the middle 6. Domi and Jarnkrok have been swapped which Keefe feels gives the lines more balance.

Monday night at home against a bottom feeder with either a young star or a home town kid?

If you do sports betting, throwing a bet on Chicago would be smart. Vegas odds never account for Leafy habits. Like the odds against the Coyotes when we play them, and we haven't beaten them in how many tries? It's just smart based on the return. Betting on Bedard for some sort of offensive output would be smart too.
