Hall had almost 40 in 60ish games last year, figure if he's healthy and gets a ton of TOI with Bedard that he should be in that 50-60 point range and with the Hawks ability to retain half he's going to be an attractive asset to flip for 3m per after a year with Bedard

This is a great get as long as the price is not much. He has speed, would look good on Bedard’s wing, and can easily be flipped with retention this deadline or next.
