After Lehner let in 6 goals on 21 shots in a period & a half, Hammond came into the game & didn't allow a goal in his first NHL game. Who would have thought that before the game tonight? Good for him.

I liked the crowd cheering him on. They all knew he was put in a very bad situation but he made the most of it. Made a great save on a wraparound that saved a goal.

This is ridiculous. Lehner has turned into the new whipping boy it seems. He's young, hit a rough patch, but his flaws are correctable and HE WILL bounce back.
