On one hand Habs are snake bit and missed a bit of luck but another MTL deserves to lose this game based on the terrible defensive effort for most of the night

It came down to the goal scored on the extra 2 minutes to Weise. 2 minutes for being upset that the ref was ********.

They didn't put anywhere near a 60 minute effort in. Close on the scoreboard, but on the ice... Tampa as skating circles around us. (minus the last 10 mins)

How was that Pateryn's fault? He had his guy and then his own player hit him...

You could see Eller line up Palat right from the middle of the ice. He was skating hard and was going to push him on the boards. It was obvious. Pateryn was seeing all of this unfold in front of his eyes but he's been trying to be physical so he decided to go for the hit and ignored the trailer.

This was a bad read from the Dman.
