Hopefully he can light up AHL and take over 3rd/4th line C midway into season. Feel like Jake Evans deserves a shot at 3rd C and Kotkaniemi as 2nd C early on.

Year 1: Two-Way Deal @ $750K (NHL) and $225K (AHL)
Year 2: One-Way Deal @ $750K

Those 2 years could be real bargains for us. And even if he doesn't pan out, they don't count against the cap if he gets sent down.

I guess he saw Lindgren become a millionaire even though Charlie didn't make it, and he said sign me up!

Let him over marinate, playing 20 minutes a night in the AHL, before he gets called up.

This is a great deal for both sides. Lots of incentive for both sides to get Ryan into the show this year and keep him there!

None of those guys deserve anything. We will see at training camp.

The cap hit is less than I've expected, which might come in handy if we still intend to make some moves.

I like Poehling. I think he's going to be a good player.

I think he spends the year in the A has our #1 forward ( used in every situation ) and year 2 becomes a solid #3 for us
How many first-round draft picks with NHL speed and defensive awareness stay in the AHL after they have put up 0.9 ppg?
