You don't prepare for that. If that happens, we're done for, shouldn't be a factor in starter choice.

I agree, besides goalies or players can get hurt at anytime- in practices, warm-ups before games just as easily in a game. If you're worried about getting hurt then it's time to find another career.

piss off! just got flashbacks to being a kid from rural/northern manitoba, travelling 6hrs to winnipeg to watch the jets/habs game and then to find out come game-time that Patrick Roy wasn't starting! they would either lose or the game would end in a tie. Waa! and of course it was harder as a fan back then because we'd only get one game a week on the french channel, no radio, or internet - just stories in The Hockey News! but this still sucks!

Hopefully the Jets at least get a point from us. I want them to make the playoffs, damn it!

The Jets in the playoffs in that arena with their fans will be great. They're a big team that's built for a 7 game series imo
