It's always BPA.

I'm sure scenarios happen where you have two guys you rate basically the same and position might tilt the scales, but when you're projecting a team out 3-5 years you're not drafting for need. Your needs may look very different by that point. I'm surprised some people still go in circles trying to argue against this when it's what every competent sports GM has been telling us for decades.

I wouldn't hate any of this. Prefer Savoie/Nazar (in that order) vs. Kasper, but it's so close really. The ability to project as NHL top6 C is the most important factor b/w the 3.
