It's incredible how any setback can make Belarus crumble down. They were in close games against France, Switzerland and now Austria, and in all three games a single goal was enough to destroy them.

And Austria is on its way to be the first promoted team that manages to stay in the top pool since France in 2008.

Probably.
Back in 2000, Germany was in that situation, but they managed that year to win the division (so no autopromotion). I suppose there will be 1 auto-promotion and 1 on the ice.
