Grandfathered mini plan

Has anyone with the grandfathered mini plan been contacted about this years tickets? I have tried calling several times to the main ticket office number, leave a message, but I have not received a call back. My account rep (Andrew) left the Preds organization at the end of last season so I don't have a direct line to call.

If you have been contacted, what is the plan like?
