The two best teams in this group will meet in a final game that deciedes who'll get the promotion to the elite group next year.
Last game in div 1A. The winner will be promoted to the elite group. Norway can afford to lose in OT.

Most points for Kazakstan:
LOGVIN Vsevolod; 3+2= 5 points

KAIYRZHAN Dinmukhamed 2+2 points= 4points (KHL player)

Most points for Norway.
Mats Bakke Olsen 2+2= 4 points
Petter Vesterheim 1+3= 4 points


Open game. Norway with the deeper roster, but the Kazakhs have som good players as well.

Norways team next year will be really interesting to see. Tournament is in Sweden btw, close to home for the norweigan boys. Hopefully for Norways sake, all the players they have in Sweden moves to Canada, Finland, Germany, Czechia or USA so they can take steps in their development. Becuse lets face it, Swedish hockey is not good.

Almost all players can return, lots of 04 born on this team. Then add Lars Petter Ekholm and Stian Solberg to the team.

The team next year u20, will be even better than this team, for sure.
With some flow they can reach a quarterfinal in Gothenburg next year.
Lars petter ekcholm might leave sweden after the season for usa and university hockey i've read.

Next year we might also add christoper lie, back in leksand u20
Elias Vatne in Färjestad u20 and Felix granath in Frølunda u20, Lukas finchenhagen in mora u20
and allou modahl bah in Brynäs u20.
The team that won this year is mostly a u19 team so most of the guys will also play in Gothenburg next year.

The u18 team also won a tournament in denmark this week beating slovakia. And the same u18 team beat Latvia three times in november. So good players are coming up.

1. Norway won 5-3 and got promoted.
2. Yes Michael Brandsegg nygård and petter vesterheim on norway might have a chanche to be drafted.
Kaiyrzahn dinmukhamed on Kazakhstan was awarded best player in the game and plays in the KHL,.
3.I would say very few hockey rinks. To build hockey culture you need many rinks. Building more rinks is now a priority by the ministry of sport, it wasn't before. A country like sweden have almost 400 rinks, norway only 50.
