</p>Since taking over the franchise, General Manager Ray Shero and Head Coach John Hynes have instituted a new mindset for the New Jersey Devils franchise. That change in thinking has seen the parent club grow closer together and compete hard each night. The organization’s prospects have learned from that as well, following a development and training camp with the new staff.
