Some of these need to be put in context though. For example, I think Fowler the last few years have received some of the hardest assignments for the Ducks dman.

Also Girardi sucks in every aspect.

Which advanced stats? I'd imagine if the advanced stats are applied properly they are very accurate to that player.

Dan Girardi

You need to stop. Your Girardi act wasn't cute when you did it a year ago and it's worse now
Patrik Laine

Alright

Cam Fowler

Now there are some. Generally wingers, I don't care as much. If you drive possession as a winger (Chris Kreider) that's a huge bonus, but scoring is your foundation.

With defensemen I don't know how good you can be with bad corsi. Maybe if you're a 48.5% to 49% (or whatever that is scaled to team performance) you can be alright in certain context, but context itself is very limited.

If your possession stats are a cancer, you're just bad.

Suter, OEL, and McDonagh, surprisingly

JT Miller is 639th in CF%

Miller plays a lot with Kevin Hayes who an absolute black hole.

I'm on the fence with Hayes. Incredible offensive player but I'm starting to wonder if it's worth it, especially at center.

This is a pretty useless thread unless you enumerate the "bad advanced stats" associated with the "good" player.

Otherwise, it's just "uh huh", "nuh uh", "uh huh", "nuh uh".
