Yeah, there was one tournament where a French player played for Guadeloupe or Martinique against Canada. I would like to know when CONCACAF changed its policy.
Here he is:
Jocelyn Angloma played for France from 1990-1996. He then played for Guadeloupe at the 2007 Gold Cup.

I'm not sure what the point of suspending him now is. If he is ineligible, couldnt they just suspend him in the first place as soon as he was named to the FG roster for the tournament?

Honduras is through without scoring a real goal all tournament thanks to French Guiana shenanigans. Where were you when Canada could have used similar help for the last 2 Gold Cups

It wasn't especially exciting but that was a solid professional performance from Canada. Someone please teach Bojan how to CATCH the ball? He looks like Chris Colabello in LF.

People overrate it all the time, ultimately it's a meaningless Cup, and the players and coaches involved know it. Sure, Bradley got fired after it, but it was more of the final straw and not the reason why.
