Seriously, we are going to look back at this chrome phase and wonder wtf we were thinking. It's like how we look at seafoam green and peach which was everywhere in the 90s.

I hate shiny helmets with a passion. But if this is one of the only things I am upset about the Canucks this year than that is awesome and a welcome change.

I don’t really hate the metallic blue. It looks more tasteful than I thought. I wonder if they are considering wearing them on road games too (like how Carolina or San Jose do).

That being said—I’m on team skate. I would love to see them with white away jerseys and matte white helmets next year.
