GM Game #7(off-season edition)

This game is a mock 2019 offseason. We will begin by determining the winner of the Stanley Cup as well as the final draft order. The draft lottery will be based on the actual draft lottery with the remainder of the picks being determined by playoff voting. After the draft we will conduct a period of free agency and perhaps this time we will get some voting going.

If you are interested, please PM me with a list of 3 teams that you'd like to be the GM of. Trusted GMs will have priority in their team selection. Sign up will not necessarily be done on a "first come, first serve" basis, and not everyone who signs up will be able to get a team.

Note: I will not respond to sign up PMs, unless you have a question within it.

Do not post in this thread. It will be left open so I can observe who actually reads the rules. If you post in this thread, you have shown us that you do not read rules and thus you will not receive a team.
