Kopitars great, but I really like that deal for LA. Karlsson maybe a downgrade, but is still a 1st liner, and they get 2 studs in tuch and Theodore + picks

That LA team will be scary in a couple years...

It's a haul, but Tuch was on my third line and I think Theodore for Martinez is fairly even. Adding a legit #1 center was a big priority. Pacioretty - Kopitar - Kane is now a line that can do it all and is up there with the best of them.

I'm also very happy with my defense even moreso now.

I think that adding Matheson gives us the best D in the league with 2 Norris defenseman and solid partners in Vlasic and Metheson for them. Our top 9 has 8 20g scorers by seaspns end with several 30+g scorers, giving us the best top 9 in the league
