I'm good with 11. 10 GMs with 3 teams and 1 with 2.

Like I said I would take less teams to help out with FA and other parts of the game.

But yeah 11 or so people seems good.

If we’re going to finish the game off with an expansion draft I can take Vegas and Seattle, then if we had 15 other GM’s take 2 teams we’d be set. If I’m only controlling one team during the game I’d also be able to take on additional agent roles as well.

Agreed with randomization.

So we just going ahead with these 12 then? Don't know if we will get any more committed ones.

Some would be taking 3 and some 2 in this scenerio.
