I don't think Edmonton can move Hall right now, his value is at all time low. Every game I saw him last year he was awful, unmotivated/going through the motions/etc.

I'm sure the GM is smart enough to know that and won't consider moving him until he's seen 1/2 season with McDavid on the team.

Plus, I think what Edmonton needs the most is vets / defensive players and you don't move a guy like Hall for that.
