Adam Samuelsson has amazingly been solid out there from what I have seen...I almost fainted seeing him not get torched or turn the puck over on pressure. so far a close game which obviously favors Russia and their home crowd..US needs to get 2nd chances here, these one and done drives have to stop - more net pressence.

Canada is having difficulties to score the tying goal and they are starting to force plays. I still believe that they're gonna win this game but the Czechs are really playing their hearts out in their own zone and not making things easy for Canada. I like what Merkley's doing out there.

Im not watching the game because of work, but following updates on the IIHF sites. What's up with Cam Ellis taking 2 penalty in a row to start the 3rd. The Tcheck already scored on his first infraction. He also took the penalty at the end of the game for Boqvist to tie the game up at 2 against Sweden...
