A few Red Sox reporters thought they might take some seniors and players they can save money on today but that's not the case so far. They only have $7M to spend so it'll be interesting to see how they get the Groome contract done (or if they do).

Don't know much about those kids but most of Orioles fans seems to be happy with Cody Sedlock, Keegan Akin and especially Matthias Dietz. Murray?

I'm not a big fan of really any of the writers on that blog but I really enjoy The Red Baron's stuff. I find the rest of the writing to be rather obvious and I tend to have the Lisa Simpson expression after she loses the anagram game with Jeremys Iron when I read the other stuff.

Don't know much about those kids but most of Orioles fans seems to be happy with Cody Sedlock, Keegan Akin and especially Matthias Dietz. Murray?

Sedlock was a reliever in college but only because his team had a deep pitching staff. He's a starter longterm but need another plus pitch. Front of the rotation upside

Akin is a guy I like quite a bit. If he was 6'2/6'3 he'd be a late 1st rounder.

Dietz needs to work on his secondary pitches. If they improve he's a starter otherwise he can be a dominant pen guy.

Mauro Conde seems like a pretty interesting pick. Power stroke and decent speed there's some upside in that one for sure.
