I'm guessing that Sullivan is trying to distribute the talent a bit further by splitting up Eller and Zohorna, because Harkins-Koppanen-Carter is an ugly 4th line to put it lightly.

I think it's speed, too. Koppanan skates well. Eller and Carter are slower (Carter much slower). Maybe the Eller line plays big while the Kopp line plays with speed.
