No one else will touch it, so why not:

G)
Zack Benson is a beast
Quinn had some jump tonight

B)
One goal on 46 shots
PP continues to explore new depths of depravity
Dahlin's game has fallen off a cliff, from defense, to passing, to everything.
Anarchy is not a defensive system, rather the absence of such.
Appert with a whole lot of sound and fury behind the bench signifying nothing.
Getting physically pummeled by Tkachuk and crew, repeatedly, with no answer,
Owen Power just cannot buy any consistency night in night out
Jeff Skinner is an expensive turnover machine
Somebody get Tuch's mug on a milk carton

U)
Devon Levi is out of his league. Shame on me for thinking he could handle 25-30 games this season. In short, we may have just sent the wrong goaltender to Rochester in the long term scheme of things.

Flat out….I’d move a couple of these players that are actually movable. Club med needs to end.

I’m looking directly at Alex Tuch. Not much term left on his deal and they have enough prospects to fill his role in the future.

A reminder: If you assembled a team out of all the players who were run out of town in the past 6 years they'd be one of the favorites to win the cup.

If you hired any of the coaches/GM's we got rid of you'd be a favorite to win the draft lottery.

Coaching IS the problem. Fix the coaching and you fix the problem.

Good:

- Was Clifton our best d-man tonight? He's really turned it around.
- Loved Greenway's physical game and hustle. Sabres need that from more players.
- Not taking Brady's shit.
- You'll win most games getting 46 shots on Anton ".890" Forsberg.

Bad:

- One goal on 46 shots against Anton ".890" Forsberg.
- Not having a Brady on the team.
- D-zone turnover machine all night.
- Kyle's needless neutral zone penalty leading to the first Sens' goal.
- HTF do you let not one, but two, 4th-line plug face-punchers each score his first goal of the season?
- HTF is this team's longest winning streak two games, and has happened exactly once?
- Almost forgot another HTF ... no call on Grieg breaking Girgs' stick with a slash? Sen's should have been down 2.

Ugly:

- Literally the QT 🥧behind the Sens' bench.
- The thought of Kyle getting into a serious scrap. Please don't do that, Captain. There's lots of life left after this wasted season.

The Macbeth reference is certainly appropriate, because this franchise feels like it's been cursed by fate.

Are there even any of those in the draft? (Legit question, haven't delved into 2024 Draft much)
havent done the draft homework yet, but I’m just saying whoever our top 10 pick will be will be in the starting lineup since this is the Buffalo Sabres we’re talking about.

His last NEU year looked like this too. Then January hit and he elevated his game and won the Richter.

What prospect do we have that plays the way Tuch plays?

How does Tuch play?

Right now, and most of this season, not very well.

Plus, and remember you heard it right here first, Alex Tuch will be leaving Buffalo at the end of his contract if he is still a Sabre. I won’t even get into what I know but I can tell you look to the north west for Tuch’s next team.

I find that very hard to believe because if true he would be the single biggest fake phony fraud in the history of the sport with the possible exception of Norm Green so I'm calling bullshit here.

Shoulda got one game in
I was talking up Quinn for months before the draft

For me it was Perreault or Greig. But I was also hoping the Sabres were picking 17+.

Although looking back on that draft, it’s crazy how Alexis Lafreniere and Alexis Laferriere went in the same draft. We need to acquire both just to confuse Rayzor

The Eichel saga set them back even farther, looks good on Adams and co. Can’t wait to watch Eichel and the Knights go back to back.
