Don't 3 and 4 contradict themselves? Or was this player injured the year his team won the cup (never actually "playing" in the conference finals)?

EDIT: Or, if it's Morrison, he was traded mid-season, but played enough games to get his name on the cup?

No because he technically won the cup, just didn't play in the playoffs. I don't know if it was due to injuries or whatever.

Im not sure how good I am , soo this may be pretty easy

3. Played in the Olympics for a nation with very few players in the NHL
4. Taken in the Same Draft as a very Close friend of his.

Six teams/Antropov/country gave it away.

The few teams is a cool one to add in there, but most of the time, it's a dead giveaway. On another site, we did these with all NHL players, so it wasn't as much of a gimme.

Wait a second, I just went back to double check Kurvers fit due to college conference finals and he does! you didn't mean this?

Kurvers lost in college conference tournament (NCAA) final rounds in 84 and 85. The wording conference finals is a bit misleading but they were called "conference postseason tournament" back then.

But in checking to make sure that is what you meant and I didn't miss another clue I can't find anybody else that won the award that was drafted the same year as him let alone a Devil. Who was the final clue referring to?

3. I'm a Stanley Cup Champion.
4. I've played in two Conference finals, never winning.
5. I won the cup with the team I was drafted by.
6. I won this prestigious award, that another Devils player drafted in the same draft as me won as well.

Just to answer it so everyone gets it, yes it is Tom Kurvers:

1. Played for Montreal, Buffalo, New Jersey, Toronto, Vancouver, New York (I), and Anaheim.
2. 16g and 50a were his career highs in 1988-1999.
3. Won cup with Montreal in 1986, even though he didn't play in the playoffs.
4. He played with the Devils in 88 and Islanders in 93.
5. Won cup with Montreal.
6. I don't know what I did with the last one. I meant it to be Neal Broten/Tom Kurvers, but I ****ed up that last one. I think I meant to say he won it the year I was drafted.
