Pretty sure McLellan is not happy at all with Yak. The whole putting himself above the team deal. There was no way he was going to put him in the SO unless he was the last available guy.

Did he earn them? For a supposedly talented player Yak has below average hockey IQ and isn't nearly gritty enough.

Didn't know proper positioning and grit were big requirements for taking a shot in the shootout. Letestu should get to shoot 1st everytime instead of Eberle, Letestu is way more gritty and better positionally.

The shootout is a crapshoot. If you're worried about who is taking the shots in the shootout then you might as well be upset with the way the lottery balls fall if they don't fall in our favour.
