My brother always has a full metal water bottle with him (even in his apartment). water is important.
And if you don't have to always refill its good. ^^

I pour milk into glasses.

I keep about 4 plastic bottles of water in my fridge, refill them from the tap, keep them for a month or so before I replace them.
Beer from cans and bottles.
Soda from cans.
