don't understand why the guy can't stay in his net.. played so well tonight too... This is what I mean by we need a goalie who isn't incredible but won't lose us games.. Fleury has shown us time and time again, though very talented, he is not that guy

Because like every goalie, he's told to go out and help his defence, even when the goalie isn't the greatest at it.

While it may result in some gaffes, and miscues (Fleury's definitely had some gaffes, whereas this one more just unlucky bounces) it also helps the defence way more than not, even if it's not nearly as visible as his gaffes.
