You said this was one of the games they could win…Laine and Jack going on late season benders to f*** the team over is definitely annoying as all hell. God f***ing dammit
I will admit that I didn’t think soYou said this was one of the games they could win…
Jalen RoseWho is that basketball player in the sports betting commercial? I assume since they never name him, it’s someone “everyone “ should know.
Except me, apparently.
You got complacent just like the Caps.I felt pretty good when we were down 3-0.
I cannot believe the CBJ tied it at 6 & won in OT. This is the boomerang game.. fvckkkCBJ...snatching victory from the jaws of a sure defeat....
I'm not that much of a specialist, but it seems to me that he's the best center on the team right now (not counting Johnson, since he plays wing). What do you think?Assuming Laine gets his faceoffs up to par… why can’t he be a #1 Center ? He looks natural down center ice
Yeah that doesn’t mean I’m happy about it.You said this was one of the games they could win…
Only +2. The second + was in 6:5. And 3 assists (4 in all situation).Laine is a +3 as a 1C despite the team giving up 13 goals in the last 2 games.
yeah yeah I know.. ‘plus minus’
wild.
I was surprised to see he won 56% of them tonight.Assuming Laine gets his faceoffs up to par… why can’t he be a #1 Center ? He looks natural down center ice
His move to center seems to have sparked something in his game. IMO he’s played a very well rounded game people have been clamoring for. It seems to come somewhat naturally to him and he seems to be more effective transporting the puck up the middle rather than on the wing.I'm not that much of a specialist, but it seems to me that he's the best center on the team right now (not counting Johnson, since he plays wing). Jinxed it.Looks like the job is already done for tonight

I don't know either, but the kid's got a good attitude.I'm not so sure yet about the center specific stuff. That line's transition game looked bad in the first half of the game.
He had a gorgeous assist on the Bemstrom goal but not a specifically center thing.
Laine needs to get used to it, transitioning a center to OZ is different than a winger. Besides, he has more responsibilities. Comparing his game to classic top 6 centers can be done later. And our classic centers are Kuraly (injured), maybe Sillinger. Jenner and Roslovic are wingers playing center.I'm not so sure yet about the center specific stuff. Hold my beer...Rimer: "sensational goaltending"
