Blackhawks@Red Wings 4:30 - The 'hawks won't go away. They are 4 points off VAN (VAN has a game in hand) and 5 points off MIN. After doing us a solid against the Oil last night, they are rewarded with a match against creampuff Red Wings. Translation: Wings will of course beat them. Especially if their world class backup goalie is in net.

Coyotes@Flames 6:00 - The Flames are virtually out of our atmosphere as far as spoilers for playoff qualification, but the Flames are not. The Coyotes dispatched VAN on Wednesday. If they do the same to CGY, then Vegas will be up 7 points on them with 13 games to go. Not a lock, but a pretty confident lead.

Avs@Canucks 7:00 After being embarrassed by the yotes, the Canucks get an opportunity to show they belong against....ugh, the Avs? No game is a gimme, but the Avs are locked with the Blues in a battle for Central home ice, and won't take this game lightly. If Vancouver loses, and any of Nashville, Winnipeg, or Arizona win, Vancouver will be outside looking in for the moment (they have 1-2 games in hand on these teams).

Maple Leafs @ Ducks 7:00 - No playoff implications here, but it will be interesting to watch the continuing education of East Coast fans that have been ridiculing the Pacific as weak.

PS: Dear Winnipeg, don't F Vegas. Come to Vegas, spend money, F each other, leave. We want your money, not your STDs.
