I only was home for the third period, but seemed okay, a little messy with the puck as usual. Didn’t really see Peeke much, so no early opinion on him, but first game anyway. Thought Beecher was very noticeable in a good way. Nice to see Jake get the winner, if he’s staying, I want him to heat up.

And again, you knew we were going to win once they played Livin’ on a Prayer.

It wasn't the greatest game by ANY means, but it's always good, no. It's always GREAT to beat those guy. Great win in OT. That felt good. Beecher looked fantastic. Lauko played like a man possessed. Jake was the best forward on the ice. Just flying out there, playing his game. Happy he got the game winner. Happy hes still here. Great win. Poutine for all!
