How will I be able to watch this? Will it be on Game Center Live before the game?

Congrats Mike! Go Stars!

I hope he gets his own banner and they do away with that 6 number thing. All the others retired numbers will be in attendance (#19's family in his place) so it is a possibility that we could see 4 banners go up.

Thread overload. Too much to handle.

It feels like my childhood is going into the rafters.

I think it'd be a slap in the face if #9 was just one of six on that stupid banner.

Is anyone from this board actually going to the after party? These tickets for it look sick.

If someone does go please let us know what it was like.

Yea I'll be there.

Side note, kinda cool getting a call from Modano with details about tomorrow even if it is a recording.

What he did for hockey in the south will never be matched. Truly a legend of the game, and a tremendous ambassador for Texas.

Watched a couple of those videos and couldn't hold 'em back! So many feels.

Tank.

If there was one day I'd want to be in Dallas, it would be tomorrow. Unfortunately, I'm sick, I don't have a ticket, nor do I drive, so I'll be sitting my ass at home trying not to tear up.

Can't wait for the game. Bought 3 tickets for my dad, brother, and myself. Gonna be wearing my dad's old Mike Modano jersey. Im gonna be bawling like a baby watching my childhood idol's number retired.

Screw that. I'm letting everything flow as it comes, just as I did on this wonderful night...

Yea, I don't stand a chance, and I know it. I can't even hold back tears watching the highlights from that night.

I'm just gonna get good and hammered tomorrow.
