I love these afternoon games! I sold 17 tickets to friends for this one and the 2:00 start was a definite plus for many since it a over a two hour drive for most of us.

ill be there! excited. although its only been about a month since the last Preds game I was at, it seems like forever! this will be my 9th game this season, the most games I have gone to in a hockey season for any team ive been close to (Hurricanes, Stars, Preds) in the 7 years ive been a fan. Excited to be there this afternoon and looking forward to an awesome game!

And as a fan of another former SE Division team, please destroy the Jets!

I was hoping this GDT would only reference the Thrashers, not Jets. Basically ignoring the Jets existence. Oh well.

Anyway, I was just glancing at the stats in the OP and noticed we're first in the league in face off percentage and they're last in the league. Maybe we can use that to our advantage and win the puck possession battle, and create good chances.

As always, don't have a weak game Hutton.

Love these once-a-year day games. Me and some friends are getting there very early to hang out at LP field and get warmed up, then go downtown to watch Vandy-UT, then watch a Preds win. Looking forward to it. Afternoon games are certainly a fun vibe. This is a huge one for sure. It could be all optimism if we win and all gloom if we lose.
