They’re just not a good team. The only reason they got off to the start they did was because of goaltending. Now goaltending isn’t bailing them out and we see what this team really is.

Maybe the goaltending will get back to doing what they did in the fall?

He is inconsistent though for a guy looking for a contract next season. You see games like Edmonton when he is interested in the game he is great. Keeping him that engaged is an on going problem
That OT breakaway was infuriating. All this talk about wanting to be a go to guy and wanting to drive a line and can’t capitalize on a rare OT breakaway that he’s more than capable of putting in the back of the net. He had the time and space yet just Shot it wide.

No doubt, but again, he’s not the reason the Bruins lost that game.
Right it takes more than one player for that. They are a team that seems to watch the car crash instead of steering away from it. That’s on the leadership and the coach

I'm out on Monty.

Top players are underachieving, mental weakness causing third period collapses. It all stems from the top.

I don't think they're actually going to fire him since no one is out there to replace him, but I do think he's a major piece of the problem
How the team ia constructed with 2 b centers and free agents who are trying to prove themselves and took pennies in terms of hockey contracts. This team should be fighting for a wildcard. Monty stays.

You could see them tighten up in the third when they had the lead. It’s a mess right now and they need some new blood, but that might also not change a group that’s not playing hard when they are leading and once again lacks any kind of killer instinct
