Burakovsky falls into the boards and goes off to the dressing room. Trouba gets two minutes but it wasn't a vicious check at all.

Another good penalty kill. We've been good at that this year (16 out of 17 successful kills).

Beniers loses it clean, Eberle doesn’t close on his man, and Gru lets a softie slip through.

Matty loses a face off, Dumoulin is a half step late and Kakko nets a goal for the Ranger's lead. The Kraken just got outplayed on that one.

Lefreniere wakes up long enough to make a nifty little play, 3-1. Things ain't looking good.

Would really be nice to see if Megna or Evans/Fleury are better than Dumo. He really looks done.

Getting good pressure, although it’s not generating many/any shots…then a careless D-to-D pass ends up in the back of the net for the Rangers. Just ouch.

Lousy second period. The Kraken have no passion, no intensity, no urgency tonight...and only ten shots on goal in the first 40 minutes of play.

Panarin, surrounded by Kraken, manages to score his second goal of the night as we look worse and worse, 4-1.

Another clunker. Bad in all facets. I’m going to bed.

In an effort to shake things up, Gourde singlehandedly attacks the Ranger bench. Turmoil ensues. Kind of funny, but well-intentioned.

Now McCann gets in a fight with Trochet. Jared will never have a career as a goon.

The Rangers bench should have gotten 2 penalties for f***s sake

Looking closer at Quick his Equipment is a lot bigger than when he was in LA that's for sure

A depressing performance that got progressively worse as the game went on. We were tough to play against last year, but we were not tough to play against tonight.

That was a really bad performance by everyone and according to Hakstol(after the game) Burakovsky won't be a short term injury.

The team couldn't pass out of their own zone, couldn't generate anything offensively(it was once again really easy to keep the Kraken to the outside) and also no one was standing up for their guys besides McCann, who's the only guy you don't want to fight.

The roster subtractions are definitely having an impact.
