On a side note. Someone mentioned it earlier, skating 7 dmen and sitting one of the more useless forwards (Backes...) Throw Krug on the PP and put him on that 3rd/4th line RW. I wonder if they have tried it. Feel like he would be more productive then Backes at forward no joke, then you get to keep that PP play and if a D goes down (Carlo) were covered.

Claude tried Krug at LW a game or two at the end of the season a few years back. He looked like a fish out of water. Different game being the QB at the point vs. coming in off the forecheck.
