There is plenty of talent on this team. More than what the Isles have. What we don't have is a hall of fame coach like they do. We have a college coach who underachieved at that level.

But the players also shown they are not hockey IQ smart which is also an issue. Skill don’t matter coaching and smart on ice hockey awareness does. This team does not have any of that.

Yes they are if you scout and draft them or wait until they are UFA at 28 or whatever the age is. You have to scout them. Not that difficult, this team scouting is not that good
