The Oilers today enter into territory they haven't been for quite some time, firmly in a playoff spot and in control of their own destiny. They have a stretch coming up that isn't very friendly so time will tell if they're for real or still learning.

I wonder, with Gibson slightly banged up. Yeah fingers crossed for Bernier.

Either way, I want the Oilers to physically impose their will tonight, I think that will go a long way to getting in the heads of the Ducks.

I just hope the time off hasn't dulled the team any. Unlike the Flames, the Ducks will be ready.

All in for this game team! San Jose game will be harder. I hope Nuge and Ebs can keep their going.
Ducks are third in total penalties. Hope they keep that. SJS doesn't take much minutes (27th).

Honestly, we don't really need to win these 2 games.

But if we do pick up 3 or 4 points, we could probably start talking about potentially winning the division as opposed to just making the playoffs. Wouldn't that be something.

I feel the opposite.

IMO Anaheim is a tough matchup for the Oilers because they have the one guy (Kesler) who really seems to put McDavid out of sorts. With this game in Anaheim I expect he'll be hard matched against him all night and it'll cause a lot of problems. The RNH line is going to have to come up big in order to compensate if the Oilers have a chance of winning this game.

I prefer games to be either early(not afternoon) or late.

When the games start at 7 you more or less have to schedule your entire evening away if you want to watch.

Just unplug from the world for a couple hours till you get home. The silence is wonderful sometimes.
