Come on Boys there is lots of time to still win this.
Last game and this game we played a well rested Flames team and we were off a 3 in 4 with travel.
Will be a different story Saturday.

I can see why games like this make people question if Draisaitl is even an elite player. They certainly lend some degree of credence to the McCoattails argument.
Being tired is no excuse. The Oilers just had a ton of time off. In fact, the Leafs just played two games in a row and Matthews and Marner played great and collected points in both of them. Matthews would have 5 goals if he were in Draisaitl's position tonight.
Celeste must've been very needy when they got home late last night.

I remember all the garbage time wins down the stretch the Oilers had. Buffalo is doing it right now too.
As the season winds down, playoff teams often slow down and don't give it their all to save themselves for playoffs.
Teams close to a spot push hard.
Lotto teams just have fun and try and get some confidence for the next season.
