He is announced to be out at least 10 days. Means hes probably got some symptoms since they arent just questioning if its false positive.
It could be a false positive even with symptoms. But if that were the case, wouldn't Berube have hedged on the amount of time he'd be out, given that it's not a certainty? Wouldn't he have said: "He'll be out 3 to 10 days" depending upon whether he's actually contracted the disease, or if it was just a false positive." Why wouldn't he tell it like it is rather than assume the worst case? It's a public announcement. He wouldn't want to appear as if he didn't know what was going on, and hadn't checked into it. He needs to know if it is certain that O'Reilly will be unavailable for whatever number of days.

I think he KNOWS that O'Reilly will be out at least 10 days, or he'd have quoted a range of possibilities, based on the possible outcomes.

O'Reilly's being unavailable 10 days is a lousy break for the team, with Saad still out. But, at least Buchnevich is back.
