colorado seems to show no signs of slowing down...despite the two bad losses to florida and edmonton in their last 10 games, they've also had solid wins over teams like los angelas, chicago, and phoenix, as well as back-to-back victories against minnesota

interesting that that the avalanche are currently having the same powerplay issues the canucks were having during the first quarter of the season
