I don't mind a Nikitin-Schultz pairing. Honestly, I thought Nikitin looked not terrible in training camp and all reports are he was excellent in the minors.

Actually a little bit optimistic he'll provide some strong play out there.

The only way I'm okay with a Nikitin-Schultz pairing is if they're very limited at 5 on 5.

Davidson-Gryba 20-22 minutes
Nikitin-Schultz 14-18 minutes.

My god. This is a recipe for disaster. We have a rookie defenceman playing top pairing minutes, our number 6 and 7 playing as 3/4's and a guy that was so bad he deserved to be in the AHL. I'm scared.
