A rookie yeah, but a pivotal part of a calder cup win, and a long standing rookie who has been on the verge of a call up for over a season... Its not like it wasn't his time. He hasn't really gotten the opportunity to play in a role that fits him... but I don't think its wrong at all to expect to see more from him if he is what he has been expected/hoped to be.
