going to the rangers game tonight, i expect to come home to a solid lead, and a little good hockey to cap off the night.

OK I think I have this figured out.

If we went 0 regulation wins AND 0 regulation losses, we'd only need to win 13 out of 82 skills competitions to get to 95 points and a likely playoff berth. Although I wonder if such an incredible distortion of points awarded would move the playoff qualification window higher.
