I'm not terribly worried about points. Even if they play .500 hockey for the rest of the way, they'll hit around 100 points. Rather see them dominate and lose some of the upcoming games than snatch a win with Pasta/Marchand magic while getting outshot 15-40. That's not going to be sustainable going into the playoffs. Of course ideally they'll totally outplay the Rangers and beat them 8-0.

Well it didn't go entirely like that, but yeah. Still relying a little too much on individual moments of magic from the top guys.

The Big Smoke (unfortunately)
Thank God - @ work so will now be able to watch the game when I get home without throwing the remote at Rooney's face!

Aww who am I kidding, I still will. Thank goodness for black Friday TV sales!

Hope Marchy has no lingering effects from the elbow to the head.

Stud is something else. Didn't know if he was ready or not to be up in the NHL for the long haul, but he is making a case. Cannot wait for him to add some muscle.

Halak and Rask are a special duo of goalies. Halak is playing as good as most 1s in the NHL.

What more can be said about Pasta that hasn't already been said? I almost believe him when he says he doesn't play hockey for money.

Chara is a marvel. He is playing superb hockey. I need to go plant based.
