The Sharks are really good on the road. Averaging 6 per game recently.
But under 2 per season? Just might be Quickie's 61st? Lets see which team has more BITE, the Sharks or the Rangers.
Would really like to see something like a 7 or 8 to zip or 1 final.
But that won't happen, it'll prob be an O.T. win. Loser pt. goes to S.J.

Looking at moneypuck stats for last night's game, Igor had nearly 2 goals saved above average reflecting how many difficult saves he made.

One thing I've been critical of Igor and was shown last night was his rebound control and puck freezing in scrambles. Expected puck freezes 11.6 and actually froze 3, expected rebound shots is 3.1 and actual rebound shots is 11.

I fully expect Shesty to iron out the kinks with getting beat clean too often, but his rebound and net mouth scrambles is what it is at this point. When he's searing hot it will improve I'm sure, but that's only for a month or so. Hank was similar if I recall, complete focus on keeping the puck out of the net regardless of where it went after, and like Shesty, his reflexes and athleticism led to excellent follow up saves as well.
