Habs on the 2nd stop of a 4 game west coast swing, traditionally not a successful junket.

Despite that, the Habs managed to claw their way into a regulation time win on the first game of their trip, prevailing 4-3 over the Ducks. The win put an end to a 4-game losing skid and also meant that the Habs had posted their first regulation time success since their 3-1 result over Buffalo on October 23rd.

Alex Newhook led the charge with 2 goals.

Kaiden Guhle also scored. He's really been coming into his own this season, solidifying his game on multiple facets. He not only owns a flow that could be amongst the best in the league, but it won't be long before he's universally feared.

He's been playing with a lot of assurance and will pinch to get the offence going, as we can see here.

Also of note, making his NHL debut in the same game was Jayden Struble aka, the "Greek God." He certainly didn't look out of place. We already knew that he possessed particular attributes as we had snuck a peek into the living room of @Adam Michaels and found this likeness of him.

It's finally Black Friday and sadly, these specimens have found no takers. Yet.

However, we can't completely discount Kent Hughes as the Reptilian Shapeshifter is always capable of pulling something off, usually when we least expect it.

What seemingly can't be fixed is Josh Anderson who couldn't get a goal even if his life depended on it. Now downgraded to the status of a Donkey with no power, Marty continues to use him in favorable spots while he puts in extra time on shooting drills in practise.

Last but not least, after seeing the old Forum get defaced by dollar store signage, Geoffy continues his assault on all that is valued by the fan base, this time by adding another sponsor's logo on the team's away jersey.

“But at least the colors of the new away logo don’t clash with the jersey colors like the RBC mark”, you can read several fans suggest. Well, so does this:

Hey Geoffy, how much more of this?

Going to your concession stands at the Bell Centre, feels like this -- no one is conceding anything. Between your exorbitant pricing on tickets, merch, parking and grub plus evermore intrusive ads during broadcasts, your average fan has to consider himself (herself) lucky to make it out alive.

I'm excited to see Struble play again in today's game. Partly because we're still getting to know the player, so I want to see how he does and who he is. But also partly because his style of play is just exciting, even if he's not creating offense or throwing a big hit. He plays at a high gear and is always darting in and out of the play on offense.

He's an intriguing player. You hope the type who's infectious energy can have a positive impact on the team.
