Points/stats are a little useless this early.

Bernier expected starter.

That GDT was epic, but the better team will win when it matters.

Has there been anything said about Kessel's status? Expect him to play but he looked pretty slow against MTL and there was that 'lower body' injury in the pre-season.

If our top line & D pair isn't better tonight, this will be a bad one.

High scoring, anybody?

Gardiner - Rielly... Crosby and Malkin vs Kessel and JVR and others. It's about to go down. Panik mode.

Great GDT....Well Done!

This game is not going to be a walk over and those line-up stats posted by Zeke seem to give them an edge But.......

Lets give them all they can handle and come away with a win.

I'm not expecting a tight defensive battle today in this one as last not least defensive breakdown loses.

Pens top players have come out of the gate firing on all cylinders and Leafs top 2 lines will need to hang with Crosby and Malkin lines in order to give the Leafs a chance.

PS. Very entertaining GDT originating post. Those characters actually fit some player personalities very well.

T.O.
Leafs vs Pens always seems to produce great entertainment. Unfortunately, the road team usually wins when these two teams match up. Hopefully, the Leafs will buck the trend tonight.
