Middle of the road talent producing middle of the road results. Professional sports purgatory and they have enough depth to not cave and get an early pick; while at the same time not having enough talent to just miss the playoffs and not get an early pick... Sucks but it's looking like a failed re-tool these past post-Brady years and "Nepo-Bill" is too proud to admit it.

He's a great football mind and coach but his miscues of surrounding himself with "his guys" as well as "his kids" means he likely isn't getting enough needed feedback to level set on the real state of the Pats. 100% Ok with him trying to nudge his kids into the league on other teams, but the "clan" approach on the Pats isn't merited given the results and it needs to stop.

Kraft if he was interested in other things than happy endings and the latest Instagram quick pick with some entertainer may actually get his shit together and set some basic rules for how businesses are best run... but that would assume he actually knows and did anything more than marry into the money.

I feel like Bill hasn’t been too bad at drafting in general the last few years, he just keeps whiffing hard at receiver, and prioritizes defense too much. But has done pretty well with those defensive picks imo.

Oh yeah that’s looking like the reach everyone thought it was. Thornton looks like a bust at the moment too.

But Jack Jones, Marcus Jones look like pretty good picks so far.

Overall his defensive picks haven’t been horrible.

These numbers don’t lie. Apparently, numbers-wise, Jones is a top-10 quarterback (I didn’t know that). Unfortunately, football is a team game and the rest of the squad on offense is *ahem* lacking.
