Rough news on “The Hit and the Suspension.” I won’t dwell on it, other than to say that I’m glad Evans is ok and wish that the DoPS was consistent, considering what repeat offenders have recently received.

On another note, as many on both sides have mentioned, bless Niki Ehlers for his actions in protecting Jake as he lay unconscious on the ice.

when I started my company in Winnipeg it was during Seinfeld’s heyday and the core we built around (current business partners still) were all fellow fanatics. To this day every new entity we open is named after a Seinfeld reference.

Late addition “no soup for you” and Matty as the pimp are both hilarious. Sawyer is spot. The Merv Griffin show set for Beyak had me laughing too.

I really hope the rest of the Jet’s rally behind one another and make a series out of this. I believe we have the pieces to win. I just hope Scheif didn’t hurt us to much. Hate to see people’s opinion of him if we lose.

I grew up in Winnipeg and life was great until my Mom filed for divorce and shattered my world.

It taught me two important lessons:

1. No one gives a shit about my feelings.

2. The world isn't fair.

Looking back, it was the best thing that ever happened because I know that whatever shit the world throws at me I WILL handle it.


There are no participation medals in real life.

If the Jets want to be Stanley Cup Champions they need to suck it up and go play.
