Exactly. I remember when people kept saying "we aren't the oilers, you cant bring that many of them up" when we talked about having young kids up.


Those young kids got us 2 points.

Boy, when our kids line was out there, you could feel their energy and the jump in their game!

I really don't even know what to say. I refuse to believe anybody was expecting this sort of immediate production.

In 2011-2012 the Kings needed to add some grit and character to the bottom lines, they called up King and Nolan to replace Moreau and Hunter and totally changed the makeup of the team.

In 2013-2014 the Kings needed to add skill to the bottom lines, we have seen Vey, Toffoli and Pearson all come up and contribute key goals to help the team win.

Great teams have lines like the kid line, they don't send out junk lines like Clifford-Stoll-Lewis.

I am extremely impressed with all these kids. They have been a breath of fresh air to a team thaat desperately needed it.

I could've sworn the game was over after the 2nd period according to some around here.
The kid line looked a little jumbled when first put together in the 3rd, but quickly got the jitters out and played solid the rest of the period.

I was so raged at Poulin and Clutterbuck and said under my breath to Poulin, "You just turned the tide of the game without knowing it yet." I meant it too. And then Linden Vey just started beasting, sorry if this sounds like a Cod of Duty thing but that was a hell of a game....
